Triangular Struggle is a series of images that depict what my mother has done for my brother and me. The first image in the series depicts my mother and I holding my insulin pump. The second image is my mother holding the Dominican flag, taking pride of our motherland to heart. The third image is my brother’s brace that he wore when he was younger. Throughout the health complications between my brother and me, our mother has stayed by our side during our struggles. We revolve around our mother, not the other way around, she is a saint and we are her angels.
