The ring can be an object that represents the union between two people. The two hands holding the ring are a couple, the hands coming from each side signal that their origin is from a different place, but as they come together they become one. In the interior of the ring is a white open space, indicating their uncertain future. The leaves represent new lives. The stems are protecting this union of life as well as protecting the roses; this shields them and keeps them safe. The two roses are the hearts of the couple which is the source for the shield that protect everything they have created: FAMILY.
